During the month of June, we started the demolition process of our project so as to
uncover additional design needs for our architects and contractors within 106 Fraternity Court.
Do you recognize the house now? Now that we have our construction loan*, we are currently
finalizing the Architectural and Building plans to begin construction on November 1st, 2002. We
hope to be back open in the late Spring – ready to house our Undergraduates during the Summer sessions.
* We must keep in mind that we need an additional $400,000 in new gifts to complete our overall project
